Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to Love your order, which is custom made especially for you, but because we print items on demand and do not hold any stock in a warehouse, reprints or exchanges are extremely difficult (if not impossible).
Please use the sizing chart provided before ordering. If you're unhappy with the size please check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled.
If your order received is wrong, or there is a problem with the quality of your print, defects or damages, we are always available and can discuss steps to take next. There’s no need to return damaged products, just get in touch with us by sending an email with all your order details, including pictures of your product and your feedback. We're happy to help! email@example.com.
Making Changes to your order:
Because each product is made to order, we can’t make changes to, or cancel, orders that have been finalised and shipped. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel or change the order.
